The Annual Season Kickoff Meeting will be Sunday March 22 at the Golf Course Restaurant. The time is 2 pm.

Anonymous said...: All you hacks out there, check out the current Golf Digest, great lesson in there on increasing the driver distance. Move ball forward(3-4 inches), get hands out in front of the left thigh, create that 45% club angle(holding), and generate a positive angle(plane)attack. Flatten(inside out) a bit like a baseball swing. Most have the ball too far back in the stance thus creating a descending blow, need that 5% up angle(not square) on impact to produce higher launch, less spin, faster ball speed. Tee that pill up high. Contact up near top of the 460 clubface, middle and low will produce weak lobs. Mark your ball(or tape) then check face for impact mark.
